Welcome to Zutaa. We build high-performing, custom-engineered digital systems. These terms outline how we work together to design, build, and deploy your software assets.
1. Estimations & Quotes
The values generated by our online spec estimator are directional calculations based on standard complexities. Official, binding developer pricing and launch timelines are provided only after a direct discovery consultation and a written technical specifications proposal.
2. Code & Asset Ownership
We believe in digital independence. Upon full payment of the agreed project invoices, 100% of the custom source code, database structures, and styling files belong entirely to you. You are free to host, scale, modify, or sell the system at your discretion.
3. Third-Party Integrations
If your platform requires payment gateways (e.g. Paystack), maps (e.g. Google Maps), or LLM access (e.g. OpenAI API), you are responsible for maintaining accounts with those external vendors. We configure the integrations, but vendor billing, rate limits, and service uptime are subject to their respective terms.
4. Post-Deployment Support
All custom builds include a standard 30-day warranty starting on the day of deployment. During this period, we fix any software bugs or structural issues related to the original specification scope completely free of charge. Extended maintenance contracts are available.
5. Milestone Payments & Reviews
Projects are structured in clear milestones (e.g. database setup, UI build, integration, testing). You review and sign off on each phase before we move to the next. Due to the developer hours invested, completed milestone payments are non-refundable.
